Project is located in the southwest of St. Petersburg, Russia. It is in the conjunction central city and the coastal tourist area, between city center, Summer Palace and Constantine Palace (coastal tourist area).

Russian classic courtyard-style layout is used in project to form three separate courtyards. We seek changes in a traditional courtyard-style design with changes in the level of scattered buildings to create a sense of rhythm and modern with modern architectural design language. Facade design is simple and modern with a sense of rhythm, while reflecting architectural texture and quality.
