Aug,24th,2006, Dr. Shan spoke on the opening ceremony of the international scholars union of Luwan

The International Scholars Union of Luwan District invites UrbanDATA’s Dr. Shan to attend the opening ceremony.

“Luwan District is under rapid economic development,” Shan said at the ceremony. “ Part of our district’s competitiveness can be attributed to Luwan government’s efforts to consolidate both local and international talent.
