The site is situated alongside the central axis of the new urban district, bordered by Jiuzhou Road to the south and a newly planned road to the north, with adjacent plots to the west. The design, grounded in a thoughtful analysis of office circulation and the surrounding environment, creates a sculptural architectural form through strong contrasts—projecting façades and recessed windows in varying orientations—enhancing the building’s overall sense of solidity. The use of beige stone cladding lends warmth to the structure under sunlight, while frameless glass and stone walls interplay at key junctions between the main volume and large spaces, achieving a balance of solid and void. Strategically enlarged exterior windows further contribute to the façade’s dynamic and lively expression.
