Urban Planning

Regional Integration and Eco Support

The base will connect with nearby business and industrial areas, using the region’s strong business network to create a central service hub. The plan includes one main headquarters corridor and two supporting tech R&D zones. It also improves green spaces and waterways to form a service belt, with two key headquarters clusters at the center.

Mixed-use and clustering diversely

The plan centers on a headquarters economic corridor running through the middle of the site, featuring low-rise, garden-style office buildings for corporate HQs. Flanking this main axis are two north-south secondary corridors dedicated to tech R&D services. Given the site’s proximity to ecological zones on the east and exhibition areas on the west, the design adopts compact, linear office blocks along these edges. Functionally, this means high-end, spacious garden-style HQ campuses in the central area and efficiently arranged tech R&D office clusters in the eastern and western zones.
