Project Background

The objective of this project is to transform the existing industrial factory building into a high-quality office space primarily for work, supplemented by a small number of service facilities, creating a hub that attracts and gathers technology-oriented institutions and talent. We believe that office spaces suited for the knowledge and information age should feature functional diversity, high spatial quality, and characteristics that foster communication, sharing, and inspiration.

In the design, the original vast and uniform industrial workspace is reimagined with green courtyards serving as a medium to address the poor natural lighting and ventilation of the original factory building. The expanded sections create an organically integrated double "L"-shaped spatial layout, with centralized service cores to enhance the efficiency of the office spaces. The building atrium and rooftop open spaces provide areas for public interaction and creative brainstorming among tech professionals. Landscaping soothes the mind, while leisure facilities such as coffee shops, along with professional services like meeting and business amenities, ensure convenience. The office spaces are designed to be both standardized and flexibly divisible, accommodating innovation-driven enterprises and startup incubators of varying scales.

For the façade design, the ground floor features transparent frameless glass curtain walls, giving the building a light, floating appearance. The upper floors incorporate gray metal louvers, with varying densities and light-shadow effects to add visual interest, creating a dynamic and rich façade expression.
