Luoyang

The design of this Clubhouse in Luoyang is based on the idea of connecting the building interior with the surrounding landscape. The multifunctional building is created as one fluent space spreading over two stories and ending in a roof terrace. The different functions are separated by levels, but still have a visual connection to allow maximum flexibility. The flow of the building’s interior space is also expressed outside, on the building façade.

Depending on the required building program, the lowered outdoor area can be combined with the interior space. The Clubhouse will initially be used as an exhibition and sales space, but in the future the design will need to provide for a diverse range of functions such as sport facilities and commerce.
