Project Background

The architectural distinction of this tower derives from its clean geometric form and meticulously crafted glass façade detailing. Its refined aesthetic and precise architectural composition establish it as both a corporate landmark and a defining feature of the city skyline.

The interior design prioritizes human-centered workspaces through:

  • Open-plan configurations that optimize natural daylight penetration
  • Cross-ventilation strategies throughout office floors
  • A dynamic atrium core created by north-south and west-oriented circulation routes through the podium

  • This vertical circulation spine transforms the building's interior into an activated public realm while maintaining corporate functionality. The transparent façade treatment visually connects this internal vitality to the urban context, reinforcing the tower's dual role as both corporate headquarters and civic landmark.
