In accordance with the "Notice on Designating the First Batch of Pilot Zones for R&D Headquarters Land Use in Shanghai" issued by the Shanghai Planning and Land Resources Administration in 2013, the Jinshan New Town R&D Headquarters Base was designated as one of the first pilot zones for R&D headquarters land use. Our company undertook the preparation work for the partial adjustment of the regulatory plan for this area and completed the preliminary proposal in September 2015. The proposal has been made available for public review both on the official website of the Jinshan District Planning and Land Administration and on-site.
