urbanDATA recently initiated a weekly Continuing Professional Development (CPD) program aimed at fostering reflection on the past, present, and future of cities through interactive discussions. This initiative seeks to continuously enhance professional growth while moving forward on the right path, while also providing employees with a platform for self-development. Three sessions have been conducted so far.

Session 1: The Essence of Architecture
Explored why Zaha Hadid's identical design yielded completely different outcomes in different cities and time periods. The 1994 award-winning Wales Millennium Centre design was ultimately rejected due to funders' doubts about its feasibility, yet the same concept was successfully realized in the Guangzhou Opera House, now fully constructed.

Session 2: Eco-Cities and Sustainable Development
Examined ecological urban development through case studies of Masdar City and Qingdao Eco-Zone, discussing challenges and future directions for sustainable cities.

Session 3: The Critical Role of Workflow
Focused on targeted approaches to improve work efficiency through optimized processes.
